Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not guarantee that products will not break or lose beads due to the fact that products are very delicate. Only if a product is destroyed 50% or more will we be able to offer you a refund or a replacement. Crosses are made with Royal Icing and Silver Dragees which could separate. In this case, we suggest using Royal Icing and the extra beads that are given with the order to be able to replace them.
